My experience with this dealership was highly disappointing. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and their customer service was severely lacking. I drove two and a half hours to get there, only to find that the condition of the car was not as described. Despite calling multiple times before my visit to inquire about any significant scratches or issues, I was assured there were none. However, when I arrived, the car had several noticeable scratches. More concerning was the broken air vent, which the staff showed no interest in addressing. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he was unavailable today. It’s clear that the employees lack work ethic and have no interest in actually selling cars. I’m left wondering how they even stay in business. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE Brought a car for £9400 Had it 3wks gear box went engine oil light came on took it to a local garage which they have told me to take the vehicle back so spoke to the owner and was told not my problem you have to sort it So now to get it fixed it’s going to cost an extra £3400 absolutely devastated as i trusted the owner but he comes across very nice when buying but once car is brought he is not nice I now have to go through the courts as he won’t fix the problems
